Tied up some streamers

Hey anglers, I tied up some different streamer patterns recently. They are bouface streamers, and black little rascals. These streamers came out great. I am really happy with the outcome.

Bouface streamers-
TMC 200R size 10 and 8
White or Black marabou
White or black rabbit zonker strips
Cream or black dubbing
Pearl and red flashabou
5/32 gold bead
Whipped Finished

Little rascal
Black rabbit zonker strips
Black possum fur
Black dubbing
Pearl and red flashabou
Small conehead

    thanks chris. I really loaded the hook up with some lead wire to help get these streamers deep quick. My next batch I will use 4.5mm beads instead of the 4mm. Loved working with that possum fur, pretty hard to find though.

    I'm also going to tie up some carp patterns as soon as i get more time. Going to use size 6 hooks loaded with lead to get those patterns deep quick. There is a section of croton falls reservoir that is loaded with carp in fairly shallow water. Would love to land one of those out of there.

      Thanks mike, it's been awhile but i'm glad to have gained an interest in tying again. Time is always a factor. I havent been able to get out that much this season. Seems like anytime I have off something comes up or the weather is terrible.

      I really got this little rascal pattern perfected. Made about a dozen of them, some with the dubbing and some without the dubbing. It is the most productive streamer I have used. The golden retriever in orange, tan or white would come in a close second.

      I am going to start tying at least 1 new pattern every few weeks. I already have the supplies to tie up some yellow carp candy. This is a killer pattern. Going to try it out in the shallows in CFR to try and land a monster carp.

      hey manny,

      I've been out there trolling it up but have not had much luck. I know two summers ago I was shunked a total of 12 times on CFR. So far this season i am shunked on 5 straight trips between WB, GL and CFR. That is how it goes though, the one that keeps at it, and puts the timein lands the nice ones!!!
