Pics of my new helios 2, pretty sweet rod. Looking forward to getting some time to use it. It came in a lot sooner than I expected. I love the real seat on this rod, each reel seat is unique to the rod. I thought that was pretty cool.
Congrats on a great Rod! You must really be itching to get on a stream and use it! Are you going to wait for the new reel or take it out on a test run with one of your other reels?
I think I am going to hold off using it for the time being, my focus has shifted to trolling for browns and Lakers now! I may drive up to salmon river and try my luck for browns and steelheads sometime soon though.
